EXTERIOR DOORS WITH WOODEN PANELS
Exterior doors with panels have acore of an edged frame that consists of cellular plastic and screw bolts. The frame is then covered with an aluminum sheet, HDF and veneer on both sides. Finally, a solid panel is screwed (and possibly plugged in) on the outside.
EXTERIOR DOORS - SOLID WOODEN DOORS
Frame door; a massive exterior door built as they did in the past. The door contains only solid wood and glass. The frame consists of glued solid oak, freijo or teak in three layers. The four pieces of wood are assembled into a door using hand force and glue.
INTERIOR DOORS - SMOOTH DOORS WITH VENEER
Our smooth interior doors have rod-glued veneer on the inside and outside. The frame is constructed of a frame in solid pine, which is coated with aluminum sheets and HDF boards, just like our exterior doors with panels. To get the right finish on the final product, veneer is specially made for the interior doors.
INTERIOR DOORS - SOLID WOODEN DOORS WITH INSET PANEL OF VENEER
An interior door with solid wood frame, ie. thread straight through the entire frame. The filling of the door consists of a board clad with stick-glued standing veneer on the inside and outside. To get the right finish on the final product, veneer is specially made for the interior doors.
INTERIOR DOORS - SOLID WOODEN DOORS WITH GLASS
Frame door; a massive interior door built as was done in the past. The door contains only solid wood and glass. The frame consists of turn-glued solid wood in three layers. The four pieces of wood are assembled into a door using hand force and glue.
CE-MARKING
Our front doors are CE marked. RISE has performed the following tests: watertightness, wind load, airtightness, operating forces, and U-value. The CE marking label is attached to the product, and the Declaration of Performance is included with the front door’s documentation upon delivery.
